Creating a healthy morning habit is very much essential for a productive and meaningful day. If you feel like you are wasting a lot of time due to un-productivity, stress and due to any other reasons, your morning routine should be a disaster. Adapting your morning routines and following certain healthy habits would help you focus better and accomplish your daily tasks with much pleasure and joy.
Healthy morning habits:-
1. Wake up early:-
We
all know that, this is the most difficult habit to practice. Set
alarm just half an hour before the time you usually wake up. Get up
as soon as your alarm rings. If you really wish to wake up earlier
than your usual time, this technique will definitely work for you.
2.Drink water:-
Before
having your morning drink, drink some plain water as soon as you get
up, this will help your brain to get refreshed and boost your
enthusiasm to start your day.
3. Make bed:-
Arrange
your bed as soon as you get up, this gives you the confidence and
enthusiasm to finish up all the works for the day.
4. Water plants:-
Spending
some time in the nature helps clears up and refreshes our mind. Try
to grow some plants and seeing it right after you get up gives a good
relaxation.
5. Exercise:-
Do
simple stretching and workouts, this is good for our health and it
also helps awaken our brain. Mindful practices like meditation and
breathing exercises will also work effectively, to start our day.
6. Take bath:-
Even
if you didn’t have to go out for the day, try to bath early in the
morning, to feel refreshed and clean.
7. Set a goal:-
Set
a goal or a task for every day to accomplish, so that you will feel
everyday to be meaningful and will never get bored of your daily
similar routines.
8. Pray/practice gratitude:-
Praying
is a way to show our gratitude towards life, thank god every day for
every thing that you are blessed with, in your life. Or you can write
and maintain a gratitude journal to record everything that you are
grateful of.
9. Nutritious breakfast:-
Pay
attention to what you are eating for your breakfast, as breakfast is
considered to be the brain food. Make sure of it to be healthy and
nutritious

Choose a comfortable outfit:-
Whether
you are staying indoors or going out, choose an outfit that is
comfortable for you. Your outfit determines your confidence level for
the day, so choose it to be a perfect one.

Really good idea. If we want to get up early we have to get up as soon as alarm rungs. No excuse of 2 min and 3 min. If we snooze with tine of 2 or 3 min. That's all we will not get up even at our usual time
