Hair fall and breakage of hair seems to be the crucial hair concerns among most of the girls. Even if we try to take care of our body and skin healthy, most of us miss out in the part of hair care. Certain mistakes in our daily routine make way for hair breakage. So the hair damage can be very easily controlled by some pampering activities and by tuning our day to day activities.
Before discussing the remedies to prevent hair damage, let us first list some causes of hair breakage:-

Improper food habits can lead to hair damage. We should regularly add nutritious and healthy food items in our diet, lacking adequate nutrients will lead to the damaging of our hair.

Maintaining a balanced mental health is very essential for our skin and hair also.  So relaxing activities like meditation, breathing exercises and any other calming activities, helps maintain our overall body health and skin issues.

Extreme dry scalps may lead to hair breakage and hair fall, so regular oil massaging and conditioning is essential to control the excessive dryness. Even the oily scalp needs oiling and conditioning to promote the hair growth.

Natural remedies to promote hair growth and to control hair fall:-

Mix coconut oil, sesame oil and two drops of castor oil and heat it in double boiler. Apply the lukewarm oil mixture in your scalp and gently massage your scalp with fingers for 10 minutes. Leave the oil in your scalp for at least 15 minutes and wash it off using a mild shampoo. This oil massaging will help your hair grow faster and provides good nourishment for the scalp.

2. Coconut milk:-

Coconut milk acts as a natural conditioner for our hair and scalp. Apply coconut milk in the scalp and hair, the next day after hair wash. Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes and simply rinse off your hair without using any shampoo. This acts as a natural conditioner and helps promote hair growth too.

3. Aloe vera:-

Apply aloe vera gel on your hair and scalp like a hair pack regularly to control the dryness and hair fall. It helps in hair growth and provides nourishment for the hair and scalp.

4.  Onion juice:-

Onion juice makes our hair healthy from roots, and prevents hair breakage. Mix onion juice in any hair packs or simply apply onion juice from roots of the hair regularly for a healthy shining hair.
