Well most of us have this feeling, especially in the current lifestyle our food habits and lack of body movements make way for toxins to get struck in our body. Most of us don’t know how to get rid of these toxins. But it is very essential to cleanse our body at regular intervals to maintain our digestive system clean.
There are several ways to detox our body that help flush out toxins from in and out. Here I have added some natural ways to detox our body that help to maintain our overall body and skin health.
Our body naturally shows signals out when we actually need a body detox. So these are the signs that our body tells us that we need a body cleanse:-

Body detox is neither a treatment nor a procedure, these are the set of steps or habits to follow whenever you feel like cleansing your body. In other words, if you feel like cleaning your body you will have to follow certain steps or habits for two to three days to effectively clean your body

3. Avoid fried/processed foods:-

The main culprit in building toxins inside our body is the processed and junk foods. Eliminating it will help us in maintaining our digestive system clean always.

4. Eat fiber:-

Include the food items rich in fiber, like apples, dried fruits, broccoli, beans and whole grains. These are good sources of food items while detoxifying. And also it has a lot of other health benefits too.

5. Get more sleep:-

Detox drinks play a crucial role in the detoxification of our body. Prepare any detox drink and drink it all day long for effective results. You can replace your water with these tasty detox drinks

Ingredients:- cucumber, lemon, mint and water.
Infuse the above mentioned ingredients in water for two to three hours in fridge. Drink this infused water frequently through out the day.

8. Salt bath:-

A salt bath helps get rid of dead skin cells, draw out toxins, controls stress and balances the PH levels.
How to take salt bath:-
Ingredients:-
1. Epsom/Sea salt-2 cups
2. 10 drops of any essential oil(optional)
3. ½ cup baking soda
4. Little vinegar or lemon
Add the ingredients in your bathing water. Use warm water for effective results.
