detox is neither a treatment nor a procedure, these are the set of steps or
habits to follow whenever you feel like cleansing your body. In other words, if
you feel like cleaning your body you will have to follow certain steps or
habits for two to three days to effectively clean your body

3. Avoid fried/processed foods:-

main culprit in building toxins inside our body is the processed and junk
foods. Eliminating it will help us in maintaining our digestive system clean
always.
4. Eat fiber:-

the food items rich in fiber, like apples, dried fruits, broccoli, beans and
whole grains. These are good sources of food items while detoxifying. And also
it has a lot of other health benefits too.
5. Get more sleep:-
While
sleeping our body heals itself and it is very essential for our overall health

cucumber, lemon, mint and water.

the above mentioned ingredients in water for two to three hours in fridge.

drops of any essential oil(optional)

baking soda
