3. Plenty of sleep:-
In the current lifestyle the important thing that
we are lacking of is the adequate amount of sleep. Don’t compromise your beauty
sleep for any thing else. As it is associated with the overall body health, try
to get a minimum of 7 hours of sleep everyday. This makes you stay active
throughout the day and rejuvenates the skin.
4. Wear sunscreen:-
As wearing sunscreen prevents our skin from
getting tanned, it also provides a good protection for our skin from the
harmful rays of the sun. Try to apply sunscreen at least 15 minutes before
stepping out. And also don’t forget to re-apply the sunscreen 2 hours once.
5. Don’t pop pimples:-
Popping out every pimple is not going to help you
in getting rid of the problem. In fact it may aggravate the same. Place an ice
cube over the pimple to reduce the swelling and wait patiently till it gets
settled.
6. Exfoliate:-
Exfoliating weekly twice helps you remove the
dead skin cells, which improves the complexion of the skin. It also helps
remove black heads and white heads and rejuvenates our skin.

7. Change pillow cases:-
Try to change the pillow cases every 3 days, as
the oil and dirt accumulated in the pillow cases may worsen your skin problems

9. Work out:-
Working out is an essential part, not only in
weight control but also in skin care. Sweating helps remove unwanted toxins and

As we all know, hydrating our body is very

maintain our skin’s moisture content. So don’t forget to apply moisturizers to
hydrate your skin from out side.
11. Minimize make-up:-
Minimizing the usage of make up products protects
your skin from getting damaged by the harmful chemicals used in these products.
12. Detox drinks:-
Try to drink a detox drink regularly to flush out
the toxins to stay fresh and glowing forever.
