Even though we struggle hard to stay fit, by exercising, resisting ourselves from junks and so on, most of us feel exhausted and are giving up on this just after a very short time. What will be the reason behind this?
One thing is we all lose motivation after a certain period of time. The enthusiasm in us while we start, will decrease after a few days or months. The second thing is, lack of patience.
Everyone desires for immediate results. If we didn’t see any result in just few days we all lose patience and will give up.
The main thing that we have to understand is that, nothing can be achieved without patience and consistency. We have to change our life style and habits in order to stay active and fit. Prepare a salad with all the vegetables that you have in your fridge and have the salad instead of snacks while you feel hungry. You can replace desserts with any of your favourite fruits.
