though we struggle hard to stay fit, by exercising, resisting
ourselves from junks and so on, most of us feel exhausted and are
giving up on this just after a very short time. What will be the

thing is we all lose motivation after a certain period of time. The
enthusiasm in us while we start, will decrease after a few days or

cravings for junks and other food items. Apart from that, drinking
water has many other health benefits too.
2. Stay active:
Try
to stay active the whole day. Don’t make your brain to feel lazy.
Engage yourself in any activity that you love, the whole day. So that
your brain and body starts to work according to that.
3. Add veggies and fruits in your diet:
Adding
at least a small serving of vegetables and fruits in your diet daily
is very essential. Prepare a salad with all the vegetables that you
have in your fridge and have the salad instead of snacks while you
feel hungry. You can replace desserts with any of your favourite
fruits. In this way you can get rid of your cravings for snacks and
desserts and also can include healthy substitutes instead of
unhealthier ones.
4. Take stairs:
Try
to climb stairs whenever possible instead of using lifts. Climbing
stairs can do wonders. Try to climb stairs at least twice in a day to
stay active and healthy.
5. Practice yoga:
Practice
easy yoga daily. Mindful practices like meditation will also help us
feel refreshed, and make our brain active and clear.
6. Sleep well:
Lack
of sleep and stress can also result in increase in weight and can
cause other health issues too. Create a nice environment to sleep
well. Use essential oils, take warm bath, ditch screen times, read a
book: these can help you get a good night’s sleep.
7. Take a walk:
Try
to walk, whenever it is possible. If it is impossible for you to walk
daily, fix a time in the weekends and take long walks, it can help
you feel fresh and active, reduces stress and helps in weight
reduction also.
8. Take Proteins:
Include
protein rich foods in your diet regularly, it can give you a lot of
energy to stay active and fit always.
9. Take healthy smoothies:
Prepare
green smoothies or fruit smoothies for break fast in the alternative
days or twice in a week. These are the delicious and healthy
breakfast options for the people who skips breakfast.
10. Don’t weigh yourself daily:
Don’t
check your weight daily, we think it might be motivating, but
actually it de-motivates us to give up. Check weights after a regular
time interval to see the actual results of your workouts.
