Natural skin care
As we all know that, skin care routine is a set of habits or procedures that one should follow in a daily basis to maintain the texture of the skin and also to protect the skin from getting damaged. The usual skin care routine consists of three steps called the CTM routine. That is, cleansing, toning and moisturizing. Most of us have a confusion regarding the choosing right product for our skin. Here in this article you will find a natural solution for this problem. Following a natural skin care routine is not only a safe thing, but also it gives amazing results in our skin.
Step 1: Cleansing
First step as I said is cleansing. Here I have suggested three natural options as cleansers that work amazingly on our skin and reduces the impact of skin disorders if any present on our skin:-
1. Gram flour:-
cleansing:gram flour

Using gram flour as cleansers perform wonders on our skin. But the one and only draw back is that it makes our skin extremely dry. So, if you have a dry skin you can combine the gram flour along with curd or milk and then you can apply on the skin.
2. Green gram flour:-

Green gram flour is also a good exfoliator, it deep cleans our pores and pulls out the excess oil and dirt from our skin. It helps whiten the skin and provides a good nourishment for our skin.
3. Ubtan:-

Step 2: Toning

Toners are used right after finishing the first step cleansing. The pores on our skin gets opened when we clean our skin using any of the above mentioned exfoliators, in order to close these open pores we are using a toner. And also the astringent properties in toners help balance the PH levels of our skin. Different skin types require different toners. Another effective and simple alternative for toners are ice cubes. After cleansing applying an ice cube helps unclog the pores and also balances the PH levels.

Step 3: Moisturizing
Moisturizing

Using cleansers and toners makes our skin dry, so the next important step to follow is providing a good hydration for our skin. Applying moisturizers prevents our skin from getting dried. The one who provides good hydration to the skin stays young and youthful forever. Because preventing our skin from getting wrinkles is very important, as it makes our skin look aged and dull.
The best natural moisturizer available and affordable for everyone is aloe vera gel. Applying a coat of aloe vera gel before applying makeup while going out prevents your skin from getting dried and it also protects our skin from getting damaged.

Another option when you are staying indoors, you can use coconut oil as a moisturizer. It gives good hydration for our skin, it helps remove any dirt or pollution accumulated on the skin. It can also be used as an alternative for make up remover. Any excess stains of products used on our skin can be easily removed from our skin using coconut oil.
